We are excited to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Oneida, NY. It now includes the drafting of a Form-Based Code zoning amendment.

The Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan serves as a critical roadmap for the sustainable development and enhancement of our community. As we continue to grow and evolve, it is essential that we update and align our strategies with the changing needs and aspirations of our residents and businesses. This update will be a collaborative effort, and we are eager to engage with qualified professionals who can help shape the future of Oneida.

Additionally, we are excited to share that this update will be complemented by a Form-Based Zoning Overlay initiative. This initiative, funded by the City's Downtown Revitalization Initiative award, further underscores our commitment to fostering sustainable growth and development in our urban areas.
