The Franklin County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to update the Franklin County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The existing CEDS, completed in 2015, requires a thorough update to meet the current and future economic needs of the county. The deadline for responses is 5:00 PM on Monday, November 4, 2024.
