This RFP is unique in that the selected consultant(s) will be responsible for the concurrent creation of two (2) BOA Plans under the New York State Department of State (DOS) Brownfield Opportunity Area Program. As the City was awarded two separate DOS grants, the selected consultant(s) will be responsible for completing the two plans concurrently, but under two separate DOS contracts. Therefore, the consultants will be subject to DOS MWBE reporting standards for each BOA Plan project.
